At Saima Collections, each saree is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. We request our customers to read the policy below before making a purchase.
No Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges or replacements for any of our products.
Refunds for Defective or Damaged Saree
Refunds are applicable only in the rare event that an item received is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.To be eligible for a refund:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- A clear, uninterrupted unpacking video (from sealed parcel opening to full product view) is mandatory
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Requests without an unpacking video or raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund Process
Once the issue is verified and refund approval is granted, customers will be instructed to return the item to the address below.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
Only the product value will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable
Important Notes
- Minor weaving irregularities, colour variations due to lighting or screen settings, zari shade differences, and texture variations are natural characteristics of handloom products and are not considered defects
- No refund or exchange for pre-orders, customised orders, or sale items

- Order details
- Clear unpacking video
- Description of the issue
Approved refunds will be processed after verification.
